Roadside Streams and Waterfalls

We didn't have to go far to find water in Andorra, as streams run alongside most of the roads leading into the valleys and skifield areas.

As there were many very pretty scenes, J was forever stopping the car so that I could hop out to get another image.  The boys took the opportunities to fool around or eat!

These are really some beautiful shots. Is this all in Germany? I would have thought that there would be lots of snow. Maybe there is something to this global warming theory :)

Mike: no these were taken in Andorra (a tiny tax-free principality between Spain and France) in August 2010. By now, all these areas will be several feet under snow and ice!

Mikapoka: thanks, and welcome to our blog! We loved our time in Dubai, and our travels around the region. Happy 2011 to you too!
